Lineth Chepkurui, bib #1, was the winner of the Elite Women's Division in the 2011 San Francisco Bay to Breakers 12k foot race and costume party.
She completed the 7.46 mile race in 39 minutes 12 seconds, before many of the other "runners" had even crossed the starting line. Lineth is not new to victories in San Francisco; this is her third win.
If you look at the final results of the race, cdn.bazumedia.com/iframe/b2b2011-results.html, it looks like 2 women ran faster than Lineth. They are in a different division, but so what? Shouldn't the fastest runner be declared the winner?
